PENGARUH APLIKASI TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI DALAM PENINGKATAN DAYA SAING PERUSAHAAN (STUDI PADA UKM KOTA MALANG)

Abstract


ABSTRACT
Analysis of information technology adoption process much use the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), which consists of three main variables, namely Perceived Usefulness (PU), Perceived Ease Of Use (PEOU) and the Acceptance of IT. This study was followed by testing the extent to which the influence of the adoption of information technology to increase competitiveness companies especially in the SME sector. The analysis technique used is the PLS (Partial Least Square) with respondents IT users working in the field of SME sector of the economy. Results showed that Perceived usefulness (PU) does not significantly influence IT acceptance. While Perceived ease of Use (PEOU) significantly influence IT Acceptance. In the end, IT Acceptance a significant effect on increasing competitiveness

ABSTRAK
Analisis proses adopsi teknologi informasi banyak menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), yang terdiri dari 3 variabel utama, yaitu Perceived usefulness (PU) (manfaat yang dirasakan), Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) (kemudahan penggunaan) dan Acceptance IT (penerimaan TI). Penelitian ini dilanjutkan dengan menguji sejauh mana pengaruh adopsi teknologi informasi ini terhadap peningkatan daya saing perusahaan khususnya pada sektor UKM. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah PLS (Partial Least Square) dengan responden pengguna TI yang bekerja di bidang ekonomi sektor UKM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya Perceived usefulness (manfaat yang dirasakan) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penerimaan TI. Sedangkan Perceived ease of Use (kemudahan penggunaan) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Acceptance IT (penerimaan TI). Pada akhirnya, Acceptance IT (penerimaan TI) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan daya saing perusahaan.
